My first MMO was FlyFF. My nephew who is slightly younger than myself introduced me to it. I played that for a year and a half. After that, I made WoW my home for a good 4 years or so. Since, I've played GW2 for the past year. Those are the only MMO's that I spent a notable amount of time on. I have, however, played Rift, PWI, most f2p games and even got to level cap in Tera. I had attempted a FFXI free trial, but I wasn't feeling the controls at all(I was still a bit of a noob to MMOs at that point). I completely skipped over FFXIV 1.0 because I didn't know anyone else who played it and the reviews were awful. Glad I gave it a chance during beta this go around though and hopefully it'll be my new MMO home for a nice long time! I've always been a huge FF fan, so it feels like a great fit.

MMO type games would be Evony, Dungeons and Dragons Online, City of Heroes, DC Universe, Guild Wars 2, WoW (was forced though, never liked it), Planetside2 sort of counts, I played all those pretty heavily, maybe like 3 others but not to end game, like LOTR Online, ToR, and can't remember the name of the other one.
Other online games I currently or recently got into would be Path of Exile, Torchlight 2, Starcraft II, and I still play Uncharted 3 multiplayer on PS3 for some reason.
Looking forward for to a new game in FF14, my last MMO was GW2 and I stopped that many months ago.

I'll be the first to shamefully admit that I played FFXI for far too many years. Just couldn't wait to take another bite of that shit sandwich. I was hoping that FFXIV 1.0 would be my savior, but my PC is a piece of trash and could barely run it. So, I gave up on that pretty quickly. Now, I've quit FFXI for good to spend all my gaming time on ARR.

FFxiv will definitely get a vast majority of my attention. The only MMO I still log onto every once in a while is GW2 and a lot of the stuff on there ends up boring me pretty quickly anyway. You all will be seeing (and hearing, I like to type a lot... I guess that'd still qualify as seeing) a lot of me Just as long as I can stay off of Civ 5. I have that Just One More Turn Syndrome that's been known to last upwards of 5 hours.

In terms of actual MMOs... Ragnarok Online, Mabinogi, quite a few random F2Ps... And currently, I play FFXI once in a while and I play EVE regularly. Except when I decide to let a skill queue train and play other things while waiting for critical skill for a new loadout.

Ragnarok Online, Ragnarok Online 2, Ragnarok Online LOTS, World of Warcraft, EvE Online, FlyFF, Aion, and FFXI. Most of my previous MMO stints aside from RO, and FFXI were short term, I'm an RTS/FPS player at heart. I'm a pilot in BF3 (Upside down han-solo style jet moves ftw.) , Played CCG ZH For the better part of a decade, and am a previously sponsored tourney member of Americas Army 2.8.1 .

I never could get too deep into Eve... Kept making the mistake of joining corps and getting on their ventrillo servers. When I'd hear them talk for like three hours about why shield tank was better than armor, I knew the game was a bit too deep for me. I'm not one to build skills for a year and a half, only to get owned because the other guy has been playing for 5 years and has everything maxed. MMO's are a bit different. You can catch up. Eve has a purely time-based skill progression.

Dark age of Camelot was my first MMO, played that for a few years. Then WoW came out with a Beta, played that through all expansions, and still play it now. Have all but 2 classes to level cap lol but hey i enjoy the game. I also started GW2 during its betas and still play that every week too. I have played many many other mmos but none of them ever stuck. Tested out FFXI on a friends Playstation a few years back but never had interest. Other then that I dip my fingers in a little SWTOR and Diablo 3 every once in a while.

Wow, out of everyone I know I've been the one to play the most MMO's but compared to a lot of you guy's not so much. My first game was SWG about a month before the CU hit, but I stuck it out until about a month after the NGE. since then I've Played... (in no particular order) - Aeon
- Star Trek online
- Champions online
- City of Heroes/Villains
- Everquest II
- DC universe online
- Guild wars 1 & 2
- Planetside 2
- Star Wars The Old Republic
- Eve Online
- Perfect World
- Tabula Rasa
- Runescape
Umm yeah, I've probably missed some but I've at least played most of those for more then a month. Surprisingly I never played WoW, I just sort of missed it and never really bothered.

Only going to post MMOs that I've played for more than a few months, else this list is going to end up being a couple pages long x.x (1999-2004) Everquest: Raid Channel "Officer" (1 year), Guild Officer (4 years) ( ?) City of Heroes: Supergroup Officer (Some amount of time... kinda blurry x.x) (2001-2003) Dark Age of Camelot: Guild Officer (1 year) (2003-2005) Star Wars Galaxies: Guild Officer (2 Years), RP Event Planner (6 months-ish) (2004-2013) World of Warcraft: Guild Leader (2 years), Raid Leader (4 years), Guild Officer (4 years) (2004-2013 on and off) Everquest 2: Guild PR Officer (3 Years) (2011-2012) Rift: N/A (2012-2013) Tera: N/A Future plans include lotsa FFXIV, Wildstar, and Everquest: Next. Ignoring ESO for community reasons. In regards to the past, my most memorable moments were back in SWG before the CU and NGE were introduced... The RP community there was absolutely amazing~ I earned most of my MMO mindset from Everquest, specifically the Scars of Velious era, while most of my complete lack of tolerance for trolls and willfully ignorant selfish players comes from World of Warcraft :/
