So.. From what I understand, somehow when I got kicked off last night with a 90000 error while I was asleep, it corrupted the game the Windows Machine I play. So when I uninstalled and was getting ready to reinstall the game, it saw that I uninstalled and Put my account as "Inactive" ? lol. So after reinstalling and going through the "What is your Activation Key" and entering it, Poof it says here are all your characters and your account will be put back on Active state. Click next? I have no idea what all that was about but I have since clicked next and updating my fresh install of FF:ARR now. And my account shows as active now on SE Account Management. What a trip huh?

I guess I created a second service account when I added my Collectors edition codes and now my free month and items are on a seperate service account than my 29 gladiator.. I filled out a form to get it fixed but they say there are no promises and it may take as long as 2 weeks before they sort it out.. so I guess ill be focusing on organizing real life for a couple weeks so I can rage super grind.. so burnt meh.

This kind of shit is a regular occurrence on MMO style games that experience over-crowding. When I was a GM for Ragnarok Online, we had thousands of tickets per week that we'd have to burn through and fix (if it was a quick fix). Otherwise, it goes into a "Pending" list that only the higher-up support technicians are allowed to handle, and that can take a week or two. That's usually because there's 5-6 techs at that level per 1,000 tickets.
I guarantee that XIV will open more "worlds" in the near-ish future if this player base is consistent for a month or two. The "world" is built to contain only so many players before mob respawn times, fate difficulty, etc start to become a hindrance or cumbersome to player interaction according (or due) to game mechanics. Funny though, SE did not expect such a huge influx after the general public's reaction to the server shutdowns of the original release.
